Injector Kenz
Injector Kenz is a Dallas based aesthetic injector & the founder of Peak Beauty. She is an eminent specialist in the global aesthetics community, known for her unique facial balancing approach. She has been named one of the 'Top 100 Best Injectors' in the country for the past four years. As a distinguished member of the Galderma Aesthetics™ faculty, she is a national speaker and trainer who has shared her expertise with thousands of aesthetic providers around the world. She was selected to be on the Advisory Board for Revance Aesthetics for their RHA collection of fillers in 2019.
Kenz works alongside Leigh Reese, a certified Nurse Practitioner. Known on Instagram as @injectorkenz and @injectorleigh, this dynamic female duo is passionate about helping women feel their most confident and youthful. In addition to their full-face approach, clients choose @peakbeautyclinic for their advanced skills with bio-stimulators such as Sculptra Aesthetic.
Peak Beauty Clinic is not just a place of treatment; it is a community where aesthetic providers come to advance in their field. Each week, injectors from around the world visit the clinic to observe Peak Beauty’s providers and learn their injection techniques. Driven by an unparalleled passion for education, Kenz and Leigh have traveled the world to attend advanced aesthetic training with renowned facial experts in London, Paris, Amsterdam and Oslo. They also attend IMCAS in Paris annually to stay updated on the latest evidence-based techniques and developments in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aging science.

Meet Leigh, our Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner Injector. She is constantly attending new advanced trainings in order to best serve her clients. She has been injecting for 5 years and has worked at Peak Beauty as an aesthetic provider for 3 years. She is a private trainer and trains other aesthetics providers on facial balancing as well as Sculptra. Her motto is “balance over volume.” She wants her clients to look and feel refreshed. She specializes in full face balancing and restoration.
Leigh achieved two bachelor’s degrees from St. Edward’s University and Texas Women’s University, were after she pursued a career in nursing. As Leigh continued to excel in her career, she achieved a Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Texas, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Leigh worked in emergency medicine for 7 years, and has worked in the aesthetic industry for the last 4 years as full time injector.

Dallas, TX board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Phillip Dauwe specializes in aesthetic and plastic surgery for the face, breast, and body at Dauwe Plastic Surgery in Dallas, TX. He is also the medical director for Peak Beauty Clinic. Injector Kenz met Dr. Dauwe many years ago as a surgical nurse in facial plastic surgery. His attention to detail, excellent outcomes, and ethics of the highest standards align greatly with the values Peak Beauty holds for every client.
